What is FoamConcreteTile?

Foam concrete tile (FCT) is a unique multilayered roofing material, a thermal barrier that creates a comfortable inner microclimate. The material keeps a building cool in summer and protects from cold in winter. FCT effectively isolates a space from any related outdoor noises.

Technology

For all products patents were obtained (utility model and PCT application), and we have a priority within 30 months to transfer patents to national phases around the world. The patent is valid for 10 years.
The productivity of the machine (assembled and manufactured according to our drawings in Ukraine) is 50,000 m² per year.

We start producing FCT with solar panel inside the tile. 1 sq meter 200Watt.
Due to its light weight (8 kg / m²) and high geometric accuracy of the products, installation is quick, cheap and qualitative. Roofing team of 3 people is able to easily collect a ramp of 100 m² in a working day.

FCT is 5 times lighter than ceramic or concrete tiles. 20m² only 160 kg!
Wave FCT tile 60 pallet = 1200m² = 1 container (12000kg)
Flat FCT tile 60 pallet = 2000m² = 1 container (16000kg)

Ecology

PET-container production is growing all over the world, its consumption is growing, but new technologies for processing its waste into the product does not appear. The technology for processing PET bottles into roofing covers the problem of recycling spent PET and styrofoam waste. If the life cycle of a plastic bottle is 12 months, then the waste of the bottle processed into the roofing will receive a life cycle of at least 600 months, until recycling will be required, which will lead to a significant reduction in the load for recycling and disposal of secondary PET. About 30-40 PET bottles are used for the production of 1 m² of FoamConcreteTile.

Intellectual property

The company SIA FoamConcreteTile owns rights to more than 20 international patents on the territory of the European Union, protecting the appearance of the product and the technology of its production. The composition and method of manufacturing the product is unique and protected in the know-how mode.
